Our goal is to help you create the perfect website for your business and be there throughout the entire process from idea to launch. We want to make sure that the website we create for you is the best it can possibly be. We takes the time to get to know you and your business inside and out. We want to make sure that we understand your brand and what you are trying to achieve with your website, whether you are a solopreneur, small business owner, or a larger business. Our Process

Discovery

When you book your free discovery call, there will be a few questions for you to answer so I know a little bit about you before we chat. I will send a Zoom link to the email you give in the form for you to join when it is time for our meeting.

During our meeting, I will get to know you, your business, and your website goals. You will also get to know me and have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about me or the website design process.

Ideation

After reviewing your web design proposal and signing your contract, you will be sent a link via email to join our online portal, where all your project information is stored. Once you have logged into your online portal, you will complete a detailed onboarding form to prepare for our next meeting.

During our ideation meeting, we will go over your answers to the onboarding form and find out which areas of your brand strategy need some extra attention. After the ideation meeting, I will work with you to fill those branding gaps so your website is built on a strong foundation.

Exploration

After we narrow down what pieces of your branding to focus on in the ideation meeting, I will provide you with some guiding questions via a series of branding questionnaires to explore your brand and uncover new opportunities for your business branding.

Once the questionnaires are completed, we will have our exploration meeting to discuss your questionnaire responses in detail to nail down your brand positioning, messaging, and visuals. I will then design your branding guidelines booklet containing your entire brand strategy.

Creation

During the creation phase, I will use your branding guidelines to create on-brand web copywriting for your website that is search engine optimized using keywords that visitors use to search for your products or services.

After finalizing the web copy, we can finally start on your website design! I will use your branding guidelines and copywriting to draft your website design. We will have a meeting to discuss the initial design for feedback and approval, and once finalized, your website will be developed and SEO optimized. Once developed, any images, graphics, and products will be uploaded to your website.

Launch

The launch phase includes setting up analytics to track visitor activity on your website, setting up your hosting and domain, and transferral of your website to you.

Our final project meeting will be the launch meeting, where we publish your website live. This ensures that everything runs smoothly and any issues are resolved immediately. We will also use this time to train you and your team on how to operate your website.

I will be here to answer any questions or resolve any issues that pop up with your new website for one month post-launch to make sure you are primed for success!
